Terms of Service for Astrology Readings and Digital Products

1. Agreement

By purchasing any reading, report, recording, guide, PDF, or related service from Joshua David Kaye, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through Stripe, Substack, direct bank transfer, crypto, or any other payment method accepted by Joshua David Kaye.

2. Nature of the Services

All astrology readings and digital products are offered for personal insight, reflection, and guidance only.

They are not medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for such advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your use of the service.

3. Method and Zodiac Used

All readings are carried out using the tropical zodiac.

Readings are interpretive services based on astrological analysis and professional judgment. By purchasing, you acknowledge that astrology is not an exact science and that no specific outcome, event, or result is guaranteed.

4. Formats

All readings are available as either a written report or a recorded reading, except astrocartography readings, which are available as written reports only.

The chosen format must be selected at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery Timeline

Readings are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks from the date full payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Delivery is made to the email address provided by the client at checkout or supplied directly when payment is arranged by bank transfer or crypto.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check spam or junk folders.

6. Information Required From the Client

To complete a reading, the client must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• full birth date

• exact birth time

• birth location

Additional requirements:

• for a one-question reading, one clear and focused question must be provided

• for a forecast reading, any topic requiring special attention must be stated in the additional information section at checkout, or by direct message if paying by bank transfer or crypto

• for a business reading, the client must provide the relevant business details and a clear note on the intended focus

Joshua David Kaye is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or limitations caused by incomplete, missing, or incorrect information supplied by the client.

7. Scope of the Services

Each reading is limited to the description stated on the offer page at the time of purchase.

A one-question reading covers one focused question only and does not include:

• a full natal chart reading

• a full forecast

• multiple unrelated questions combined into one

If a submitted question is too broad for the purchased service, Joshua David Kaye may, at his discretion, recommend a more suitable reading.

Astrocartography readings include one post-delivery follow-up in which the client may return with up to five places they are considering visiting or moving to for a more specific look.

8. Payment Terms

Full payment must be received before any work begins.

Payment methods:

• 6-month forecast and 12-month forecast readings may be purchased by direct bank transfer or crypto

• all other listed readings may be purchased by Stripe or crypto

• clients wishing to pay by crypto must arrange payment by direct message first

Business readings are quoted separately and begin at $500 minimum, with final pricing depending on scope.

9. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because readings involve reserved time, personalised analysis, and interpretive work, refunds, cancellations, reversals, or credits are not offered once a booking has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Digital products, guides, and PDFs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept:

• the no-refund policy

• the delivery window

• the scope of the service purchased

• that the service is interpretive and non-guaranteed

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request, the client agrees to contact Joshua David Kaye first using the contact details provided on the offer page or payment confirmation.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute after agreeing to these Terms, entering the reading queue, receiving delivery, downloading a digital product, or otherwise receiving the benefit of the purchased service may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Joshua David Kaye reserves the right to submit these Terms, checkout records, delivery records, written communications, and any other relevant evidence in response to any dispute or chargeback. Stripe specifically recommends maintaining this kind of evidence when responding to disputes.

11. Right to Refuse or Cancel Before Work Begins

Joshua David Kaye reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking before work begins, for any reason and at his sole discretion.

If a booking is declined before work has begun, any amount already paid for that undelivered service will be returned.

12. Delivery and Completion

A reading is deemed delivered when it has been sent to the email address provided by the client, whether or not the client opens, downloads, or reads it.

A digital product is deemed delivered when access, download, or file delivery has been made available to the client.

13. Digital Products and Personal Use

All digital guides, PDFs, reports, recordings, and related materials are provided for personal use only.

They may not be copied, shared, forwarded, uploaded, reproduced, redistributed, republished, resold, sublicensed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

14. Intellectual Property

All content supplied by Joshua David Kaye, including written reports, recorded readings, PDFs, guides, frameworks, and associated materials, remains his intellectual property.

Purchase does not transfer copyright or any commercial rights.

15. Reviews, Testimonials, and Public Comments

Any testimonial or review displayed on an offer page must reflect genuine client feedback and must not be misleading. In the US, disclosures needed to avoid deception must be clear and conspicuous.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joshua David Kaye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, financial, business, or reputational losses arising from the use of any reading, report, recording, or digital product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights

These Terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law governing the transaction.
